Reservation Policies

• Maximum number of visitors: 10 people.
• Minimum booking: 2 nights
• Online reservations: valid 3 days after today.
• Prices are for short-term bookings (up to 10 nights), are final and include taxes and cleaning & preparation costs.

• Minimum age: 18 years. Upper age limit: No limit.
• When making a reservation, guests must provide the following: full name, address, mobile phone number and ID or Passport number.

Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation with full refund within 48 hours of booking.
• Beyond 48 hours, no cancellations are accepted.
• In the event that for reasons of force majeure you are unable to come to the property on the dates of your reservation, we will try, in consultation with you and in accordance with our booking schedule, to transfer your reservation to another date.

House rules.

• Arrival – Check in: 16:00 – 21:00 pm
• Departure – Check out: until 10:00 am
• Pets are not allowed.
• Use of fireplaces is not allowed for safety reasons.
• Guests are not allowed to organize events in the accommodation (parties etc.), as well as to participate in the carnival custom of flour mozzouroma
• Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our local property manager, who will show you around the property and hand you the keys. The manager will be at your disposal for the duration of your stay for anything you may need. On your departure, he/she will collect the property after making sure that everything is in order. Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive the contact details of our local property manager, in order to arrange with him/her your arrival and departure details in time.
